The WIBS Association was fully implemented in July of 2010. Currently there are 50 members of the association. All members are Work Incentives Benefit specialists from Wisconsin. The members are currently and continuingly involved in peer reviewing processes and training activities. The goal of all involved is to provide both a network of support for those in the field as well as ensure quality products are being produced.

All active Members of the Association participate in an established peer review process.

Professional Development & Training
All active members of the Association are required to complete 12 hours of educational hours. These hours are kept on a log and submitted to the Professional Development Committee on a yearly basis.
